To improve as a surfer be sure to include balance and flexibility into your surfing workouts or surf training program. So many surfers neglect these basic athletic principles when trying to improve their surfing performance.

I recommend the following surfing training recommendations:
– Use a skateboarding as a apart of your surfing workouts
– Use a slack line to improve leg strength, balance, righting and tilting skills
– Use a dumb bell and train one side of the body at a time when doing surfing workout movements. You can find a lot of information and quick effective exercises in my guides.
