Welcome to week two of your 28 Day Fast Surfing Fitness Program.
Please note you have 4 training days this week.
Day 1 (We suggest a Monday) please perform Swim Day 2
Day 2 (We suggest Tuesday) please perform Train with Hayden
Day 3 (We suggest Thursday) please perform Yoga 2
Day 4 (We suggest Friday) please perform Train with Hayden
Please note it is 100% OK to train on days that suit you. If you wish to perform all four training days on back to back days – leaving three days ‘free’ that is OK.
If you wish to perform the first two days in a row then take two days off then crack on with the remaining 2 days – that is OK also.
Just note that in weeks three and four there are 5 training days per week; so it might be easier to schedule training days M-F and leave weekends for family and surf.
